Issue Launching Multi Modal Manifest from the Modernized ACE Portal

Some CBP officers reported issues launching the Multi Modal Manifest Application once they were able to launch Legacy ACE from the "Legacy Portal" link on the References Tab in the Modernized Portal.

If you have are having an issue launching the MMM applet from Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge in the above scenario, please go to https://ace.cbp.dhs.gov to login using your username and password. While the Modernized ACE Portal is the preferred way to Login to ACE Portal, you are able to use this method while teams identify root cause of the issue.

Update your subscriptions, modify your password or e-mail address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page. You will need to use your e-mail address to log in.
