CSMS #50992263 - Action Identifier error on ACE portal upload requests

CBP is aware that that the trade is receiving the error “Action # is invalid. Action Identifier must be 12 characters” when attempting to upload documents via the ACE Portal. Technicians are researching for a potential fix. An updated CSMS will be issued when the new Action Identifier format is accepted for ACE portal uploads.

As an alternative to uploading via the portal, trade partners can upload the required documents via DIS.
