CSMS #50863373 - Issues with MPF on Drawback Claims

The ACE Drawback application is experiencing issues in the PRODUCTION environment. When processing EDI messages (DE Application ID) that involve MPF refund requests, the application is responding to the Trade with fatal erroneous F540 error messages. The issue started to occur after a deployment on January 20 to fix an existing issue where Entry Summary Line value amounts were incorrectly included in the MPF fee calculation when the line was exempt from MPF ($0.00 MPF fees).

Development is working diligently to fix the current issue and we will send a follow-up CSMS message after the fix has been deployed to the PRODUCTION environment. Thank you for your continued patience while we work through fixing this issue.
