CSMS #50858555 - CBP to require expanded ZoneID for FTZ Admission Adds

As of March 19, 2022, CBP will no longer accept Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Admission Adds without the expanded Zone ID included in the FT10 header data. The Zone ID expanded from 7 to 9 characters and must be included on the FT10 Record or the FTZ Admission will reject. Appendix P has been updated (version 2.2) to include the new error codes (233, 234, 235) related to this implementation. An update to the description for error 004 was also made in this Appendix P version.

This requirement is expected in CBP's Certification region by January 31, 2022.
