CSMS #50600188 - FDA ACE Support: Phone Service Discontinued

As previously announced, the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) ACE Support phone number has been discontinued effective January 1, 2022. Due to a low volume of calls FDA no longer supports the phone numbers associated with ACE Support. If an inquiry cannot be resolved via email, ACE Support team members will contact the inquirer via telephone.

FDA ACE Support hours and email remain unchanged: Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, 8AM-8PM Eastern ACE_Support@fda.hhs.gov.
