CSMS #50259561 - FDA ACE Support: Phone Service to be Discontinued January 2022

Due to the low volume of incoming phone calls to the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) ACE Support, on January 1, 2022 FDA will no longer support the phone numbers associated with ACE Support. If an inquiry cannot be resolved via email, ACE Support team members will contact the inquirer via telephone.

A reminder message will be sent on January 2, 2022.

FDA ACE Support hours are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, 8AM-8PM Eastern both before and after this change. FDA ACE Support: ACE_Support@fda.hhs.gov.
