Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2109/Extend COVID-19 Related 301 CN Exclusions for 45-days

Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2109 was created on 09/29/2021. It contains 477 ABI records and 99 harmonized records, including the extension of the 4 HTS records below.

Additionally, under the direction of the USTR, four 301 China exclusions on medical-care and/or COVID response products (9903.88.62, 9903.88.63, 9903.88.64 and 9903.88.65) have been extended for an additional 45-days. The new expiration date for use of these exclusions is 11/14/2021.
