Gramercy and Morgan city remain closed until further notice.

The Lower Mississippi River is open to vessel traffic during daylight hours only.

Container terminals are open effective Tuesday 09/07/21, with limited capacity. The New Orleans Customhouse and Baton Rouge Marine Divisions are open and staffed from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, by appointment for walk-in transactions.

The Louis Armstrong International Airport is open. Vessel Arrival Notifications/Crewmember Inspections/Louis Armstrong International Airport [MSY]: The New Orleans Operations Desk, MSY CBP Office, and Port of Baton Rouge are open from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily. Vessel arrival notifications for New Orleans and Gramercy should be direct to the New Orleans Operations Desk. Vessel arrival notifications for Baton Rouge should be direct to the Port of Baton Rouge. The Global Entry Enrollment Office at MSY is closed. The Federal Inspection Site [FIS] at MSY is open.

The New Orleans Centralized Examination Station (CES) is closed without power. Once restored, CBP is ready to inspect containerized cargo shipments. Questions about the CES power status should be directed Dupuy Storage and Forwarding at (504) 245-7600.

The RPMs are open for business, staffed concurrent with terminal operating hours.
