CSMS #49315520 - Updated Cargo Release Production and Draft CATAIR documents

The updated Cargo Release CATAIR chapter for current capabilities and the Draft for future capabilities are now available on cbp.gov. The updates include the addition of a new Reference Identifier Qualifier code under note 1 of the SE20 record.
