ACE Reports
As a result of issues identified during yesterday’s ACE outages, CBP needs to take the ACE system down for an emergency maintenance period of up to 2 hours starting this afternoon, February 10, 2012, at 3:00 pm EST with expected completion by 5:00 pm EST. The outage will impact ACE portal trade users for up to 2 hours and ACE EDI users for approximately 1 hour concurrent with the ACE portal outage. ACE manifest, entry summary, report and portal users will not be able to access the system from 3:00 pm EST until approximately 5:00 pm EST. ACE truck and Ocean/Rail manifests and ACE entry summaries received after 3:00 pm EST will be queued and processed at the completion of the outage, which is expected to be approximately 4:00 pm EST.
Carriers should work in cooperation with local ports during this outage.
A CSMS message will be issued at the conclusion of this outage.
