CSMS #46952063 - Updated Draft ACE Cargo Release Implementation Guide and Draft ACE FTZ CATAIR Chapter for the FTZ Identifier Format Change

An update was made to the Draft ACE Cargo Release Implementation Guide and Draft ACE FTZ CATAIR Chapter for the FTZ Identifier format change. It is currently posted to the Chapters: Drafts for Futures Capabilities tab on CBP.gov. The update includes the following:

For Cargo Release - SE11-Record position 20-39 modified to support *NEW* 9-character FTZ ID format. (The existing 5- and 7-character length formats are still supported until further notice.)
For FTZ - FT10 Record position 4-12 modified to support *NEW* 9-character FTZ ID format. (The existing 5- and 7-character length formats are still supported until further notice.)

Deployment to Production is scheduled for April 24th, 2021.
