CSMS #46807977 Update-ACE Ocean/Rail/Air Manifest and QP/WP Inbond Notification Delays

The issues in Manifest EDI processing notifications and responses have been resolved. CBP continues to monitor ACE processing for any delays and actively clearing the backlog from the issues experienced yesterday. Trade is advised not to resubmit the messages while CBP is continues to clear the backlog.
