CSMS #46587197 - 30 Day Extension for Correcting Entries Subject to Third Country Case Numbers

On February 2, 2021, CBP issued CSMS Message 46031819 requesting importers review entries to determine if any entries were filed without AD/CVD third country case numbers from October 5, 2019 through October 28, 2020 due to technical problems in ACE.

Importers were given 60 days from the date of the CSMS message to identify any entries that were missing AD/CVD third country case numbers and to submit post summary corrections or voluntary tenders under 19 CFR 141.105 for entries that already liquidated.

This message provides notification that an additional 30 days has been granted for a total of ninety days from February 2, 2021, the date of issuance of the initial CSMS message, to comply with this request.
