CSMS #46518733 - Issue Resolved – Mango Fee Collection

On March 1, 2021, CSMS #46444974 was published that highlighted changes on behalf of the U.S. Department of Agriculture amended Mango Promotion. An error occurred during the update on the following HTS numbers: 0811905200, 0804504045, 0804504055, 0804506045, 0804506055. This issue has been resolved.

If it is determined that CBP has collected the mango fee in error during February 25, 2021 through March 8, 2021, it is recommended that a request for refund should be directed to U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Marketing Service.
