The ACE Cargo Release SO Status Notification CATAIR document has been updated.

Various updates were made to the SO70 and 71 record status, reason and subreason codes. Please see the change log for specific changes.

These codes are expected to be available in CERT no later than 2/26 and in Production on 3/20.
