The ACE Entry Summary Status Notification CATAIR document has been updated.

Various updates were made to the SO70 and 71 record status, reason and subreason codes. Please see the change log for specifics.

These code updates are expected to be available in CERT no later than 2/26 and in Production on 3/20.
