CSMS #46161908 - Two Main Reasons of ACE System Failure (ASF) That Can Be Avoided

Please be advised that there are two main reasons of ACE System Failure (ASF) that can be avoided by a filer:

Do not file summary for the same entry number via AE transaction within a short period of time. Most AE are processed within a minute. For a large summary, please wait 3 minutes before resubmitting AE for the same entry number.
Do not submit AE and SE for the same entry number within in short period of time. Please wait 3 minutes to allow the transaction to finish before resubmitting either an AE or SE for the same entry number.
