CSMS #46029776 - Updated Certification and Production dates for the PGA Message Set CATAIR

The Certification and Production dates associated to the draft PGA Message Set document, have been updated.

Available in Certification = February 20, 2021

Est. Date Available in Production = March 20, 2021

The Message Set changes include the addition of disclaim codes F (for FDA entry type 21) and G (for APHIS Lacey, de minimis). These new codes are expected to be available per the dates above.
