ACE Entry Summary (AE) with cargo release submissions for GRI-3 sets (X-V lines) started receiving an ACE Cargo Release (SX) reject with the error message

119 VALUE LESS THAN ALL LINE ITEM VALUES

ACE technical teams are investigating the issue. They plan to deploy a resolution on Thursday morning, January 28 so that these will again process correctly.

Filers who need earlier release can use the "Two-step process" for cargo release and entry summary.

1. File for cargo release with a separate ACE Cargo Release (SE) transaction.

2. Follow up with a separate ACE Entry Summary (AE) transaction.

Another CSMS will be sent with any updates.
