CSMS #44439004 - PARTIALLY RESOLVED-Delays in Rail, Air and QP/WP messaging resolved. Ocean Notifications are sill delayed.

Resolved-The delay in Rail, Air and QP/WP EDI notifications has been resolved.

There is still a delay in sending out Ocean Notifications. Another CSMS will be issued when the Ocean delay is resolved.
