CSMS #44317602 - CORRECTION: ACE Cargo Release Status Notification Message Delays in CERT

There is currently a delay in CBP sending status messages to the trade community in CERT due to scheduled software updates in the Cargo Release CERT environments (NOTE: there is no impact to status messages in PROD). The status messages in CERT will resume normal operations once the updates are complete. A follow-up message will be issued once normal operation is resumed.
