There will be ACE PRODUCTION regularly-scheduled Maintenance Saturday evening, July 11, 2020 from 2200 ET to 0400 ET Sunday, July 12, 2020 for ACE Infrastructure maintenance and the following ACE Deployments:

ACE Import Manifest - Truck Manifest Trade Portal

• Fixed: Carrier users were unable to submit portal manifests with a shipment that contained more than one commodity with marks and numbers.

FTZ/e214

• Added new SPI code of 'S' (for USMCA) for FTZ admission validations.

PGA/ITDS

1. For FDA,

• The following have been addressed:
  • For FDA COS, FOO, reject when PG19 address missing
  • For FDA COS, FOO, reject when pg20 country missing
  • For FDA, the same AoC can only appear once for each PGA line, except when the PG23 AoC = RNO
  • For FDA FOO, entry should not be accepted when PG23 AoC code of either “PFR” or “FME” is missing.
  • For FDA DRU, Entry should not be accepted when mandatory PG23 AoC code “REG” is missing
  • For FDA FOO, Entries where FCE is transmitted should always include SID as well.
• Fixed code to reject if invalid military time provided in PG30 record.

2.  The following EPA VNE error messages will be deployed.  All of the EPA VNE error messages are now available in Production (see CSMS#42616136):

• PE8 - MSNG OR INVALID MANUFACTURE DATE PER PGA
• PF9 - MISSING MODEL CODE OR MODEL NAME PER PGA

3.  For FWS the following have been addressed:

• A PG22 with entity role code = FWI must be present
• If there is a PG19 with entity role code = CB, there must be a PG21 record with an individual qualifier code =  FWI and CB
• Removed the requirement for providing the entity state/province for FEW
• Fixed bug that was incorrectly generating error PJ5 (MSNG OR INVLD ENTITY ROLE CODE PER PGA)
