CSMS #42068945 - New Draft Catair for e214 and FTZ Appendices

The updated FTZ CATAIR draft and Appendices N and P for e214 are now posted at https://www.cbp.gov/trade/ace/catair under the "Chapters: Drafts for Future Capabilities" tab.

CBP deployed the functionality to the CERT environment on March 16, 2020 for limited testing. CERT will be open for all e214 participants to begin testing in April. A CSMS will be issued once a date is confirmed.
