** UPDATE:  Quota and 5106 Importer stories have been added to the deployment.

There will be ACE PRODUCTION Scheduled Maintenance Saturday evening, January 25, 2020 from 2200 ET to 0400 ET Sunday, January 26, 2020 for ACE internal maintenance and the following deployment:

ITDS/PGA EDI message
Updated logic to not allow submission of duplicate envelope numbers on a PE message (Stand-alone Filing for Prior Notice Data), unless previously rejected by FDA.

5106 Importer EDI message

Implement a new validation for email address on the TP transaction.

Two new validations were added regarding the email addresses provided for both the importer and the contact. The email address must contain at least one @ symbol AND can only consist of the following characters: ‘abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz’ or ‘ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ’ and ‘0123456789’ and ‘!#$%&''*+- /=?^_`{}|~@."’

If the importer’s email address in the TF record does not follow the prescribed format then the R87 (INVALID COMPANY EMAIL FORMAT) error will be generated.

If the contact’s email address in the TJ record does not follow the prescribed format then the R88 (INVALID CONTACT EMAIL FORMAT) error will be generated.

Quota

Implement USDA FRN changes for Agriculture License Commodity Types for all countries.

This is the resolution to the issue that entries were having where they were not properly decrementing against the applicable agriculture licenses (related to CSMS #40955927).
