There will be ACE PRODUCTION Scheduled Maintenance Saturday evening, December 7, 2019 from 2200 ET to 0400 ET Sunday, December 8, 2019 for the following ACE Deployments:

Broker Management Office (BMO) functionality

Reference CSMS #40851127 - "REMINDER: Broker Management Office (BMO) Functionality Deployment in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) – Date Set for December 7, 2019" with link Broker Management Office (BMO) Functionality Information Notice.

PGA/ITDS

Update NHTSA code to generate PR7 error code instead of PS3
Implement NHTSA rule(NHT_1_013)

Relevant Error Descriptions:

PR7 : MISSING SECOND PG14 PER PGA

PS3: MISSING SECOND PG22 PER PGA

NHT_1_013: NHTSA rules related to Box 3, Non-Canadian certified vehicles, will generate a warning to trade if data is not correctly provided. The entry will be accepted, but trade should note the errors for future submissions.

Quota

Send UC messaging to Trade for two additional Quota Line status codes:
- Q17 QTA Line Pending > 10 days
- Q28 License Line Pending > 10 days

This item is already in the ACE CERTIFICATION environment available for trade testing.
