Updating CSMS #39137698 of 7/31/2019

Effective 11/19/2019, filers neglecting to transmit a valid beef certificate number with entries for Uruguay (UY) will receive a hard reject.

Please refer to ACE ABI CATAIR License/Certificate/Permit Detail (Input 52-Record) for additional information on ABI input requirements.

Background: Regulation 19 CFR 132.15

Beef export certificates are required to obtain in quota rate for Uruguay (UY) for the following tariff numbers:
