The ACE PRODUCTION Maintenance scheduled for Saturday evening, September 14, 2019, will start one hour early from 2100 ET to 0400 ET Sunday, September 15, 2019 for ACE Infrastructure maintenance and the following deployments:

Drawback:
• Added the following Section 301 Chapter 99 HTS numbers to rule 501 to allow Drawback: 99038805, 99038806, 99038807, 99038808, 99038809, 99038810, 99038811, 99038812, 99038813

Quota:
• Added a new validation to send out an Entry Summary (AX) reject (Q16- QUOTA HTS 1/ HTS 2 MISMATCH) if the filer provides an incorrect HTS 1 and/or HTS 2 pairing in the Quota entry summary line.

PGA/ITDS:
• Deploy APHIS Lacey Rule updates to Production in support of the Lacey Version 3.2 Implementation Guide (IG) update.

• Fixed four rules related to enforcing the entity role code requirement for Prior Notice, for the following Food program processing codes: NSF, FEE, PRO, ADD and DSU. The associated error codes are:

-- PDL (MANDATORY ENTITIES ARE MISSING FOR FDA) and

-- PDM (ONLY MANDATORY ENTITIES ALLOWED FOR FDA)

• Standalone PN submissions should not be accepted when PG23 Affirmation of Compliance code PFR or FME is missing.
