There will be ACE PRODUCTION Scheduled Maintenance Saturday evening, June 29, 2019 from 2200 ET to 0400 ET Sunday, June 30, 2019 for CBP Infrastructure maintenance and the following ACE Deployments:
Quota Entry Summary
---------------------
Zero Quantities were being reported in the Quota module: A system update was made to send out a new UC reject error Q15 (QTA QUANTITY MUST BE > 0) for any quota entry summary filings with a quantity of zero. Entry summary filings will still be accepted with a quantity of zero, but this new UC reject will be sent out to inform the trade as to why the quota is unable to process.
ACE Portal Accounts - CBP Forms
-------------------
Fixed CBP Forms (28, 29, 4647) not showing on an Account Owner's "Forms" tab if the Importer of Record (IR) numbers were 2 or more levels under the Top Account. Program was looking at only one level under the Top Account.
