An updated version of the ES Status Notification CATAIR (V16) is now posted on CBP.GOV at the following location: https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/entry-summary-status-notification
The new quota status code (Q15) in the E4 record will be available for testing in the CERTIFICATION environment on 6/27/19. A subsequent CSMS will be sent out regarding this new status code and it's PRODUCTION deployment date.
