Extended ACE maintenance from 8pm, Sat 6/22 to 4 AM, Sun 6/23
The extended ACE maintenance this weekend from 8 PM EST on 6/22/2019 until 4 AM EST on 6/23/2019 has been COMPLETED.
ACE Cargo processing and the ACE Portal are now available again.
ACS Collections end-of-day (EOD) and end-of-week (EOW) processes were on hold during the maintenance. ACE statement updates (SU processing) processing is on hold until the EOD and EOW processes complete. The SU messages will be retained in the inbound queue and held for processing. The SU messages will be processed once ACS Collections end-of-day processing has completed.
A follow up CSMS will be issued when the Collections processes are completed.
