This message is to announce the upcoming commencement of ACE Reports Virtual Office Hours sessions. Starting on Tuesday, June 18th, any ACE Reports user can schedule a 15-30 minute appointment with an ACE Reports expert to assist with a specific issue or question. These sessions will frequently involve the use of a webinar tool to enable the user to demonstrate the issue they are trying to resolve.
These sessions will be held every Tuesday during the hours of 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM EST and 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST, starting Tuesday, June 18th.
Please send an e-mail to ace.reports@cbp.dhs.gov to schedule a 15-30 minute appointment during one of the time windows above. Please include “Request for Virtual Office Hours Appointment” in the subject line of your e-mail as well as a brief description of your question or issue that you would like us to address.
