CBP has resolved the issue with error F162 IMPORTER NOT APPROVED FOR RECONCILIATION when submitting an entry summary with a reconciliation flag. The ACE Importer accounts are now all appropriately set to ‘yes’ for Reconciliation participant. Importers with a valid reconciliation bond rider on file can submit the entry summaries types 01, 02, & 06 with a reconciliation flag.
