This message is issued as a reminder of the current Reconciliation policy.

An entry summary that has been flagged for Reconciliation may only be corrected

by a Post Summary Correction (PSC) that does not affect the issue flagged for Reconciliation.

Filers can protest an entry summary flagged for Reconciliation prior to the Reconciliation entry summary being filed if the issue on the protest is not related to the Reconciliation issue that was flagged for that underlying entry summary.

You can protest a Reconciliation entry summary if the protest is related to the issue flagged for Reconciliation.

The protest for a Reconciliation entry summary cannot revisit any issues that were previously liquidated on the underlying entry summaries.
