There will be ACE PRODUCTION Scheduled Maintenance Saturday evening, March 16, 2019 from 2200 ET to 0400 ET Sunday, March 17, 2019 for the following ACE Deployments:
Automation of CBP Form 5106 - Importer

• Activate functionality for 5106
• 'TI' to 'TP' EDI message Cutover
CEE ID

• Activate functionality for Centers of Excellence and Expertise (CEE) Identifiers in areas including Summons/Court Case, Entry Summary, Liquidations and Protest.
**Please refer to CSMS# 19-000127 entitled "Reminder: ACE Deployment on March 16, 2019 - Resources & New Training Now Available" for the latest information on the 5106 and CEE ID deployments. Specific details on the cutover timeline are provided in the Information Notice mentioned inside this CSMS.
ACE Import Manifest

• Ticket# 11935185: When Trade created a truck manifest via ACE Trade Portal and provided a One-time Shipper/Consignee address, house number was dropped.
• ACE Manifest system shall convert any lowercase character Air waybill numbers provided by the Trade to uppercase characters. When lowercase character bill numbers were accepted, this caused downstream systems like ACE Cargo Release to not be able to match entries based on bill numbers.
