Trade Policy Updates
Effective January 1, 2018, the Craft Beverage Modernization and Tax Reform Act of 2017 (CBMA) (as contained in Pub. L. No. 115-97) amended the Internal Revenue Code with respect to the tax treatment of certain alcoholic beverages.
CBP’s Office of Trade (OT) will host a CBMA webinar for the Trade community on February 21, 2019 from 2:00 to 3:30 PM (EST). The intent of this webinar is to follow up on the remaining questions from the February 14, 2019 CBMA webinar.
