CBP is aware that due to the MQ gateway migration upgrade performed by CBP on 2/9/2019, some trade filers are not receiving responses back from CBP on their manifest filings.
The messages are being received and processed in ACE successfully. CBP officers at the port are instructed to check the ACE portal to process the release.
CBP technical team is troubleshooting the issue and another CSMS will be sent once the issue is resolved.
