CBP is aware that ACE is incorrectly requiring Trade Remedy HTS codes on certain Post Summary Corrections (PSCs) when the merchandise has a Canadian Province as the country of origin and the entry date is within the range when Canada was exempt from Trade Remedy. This is a known issue and CBP is working to correct the programming to allow successful PSC filings. The fix is anticipated mid-December. A follow up CSMS will be issued when the fix has been implemented.
