ACE Reports
Some users have been unable to launch ACE Reports after the migration to Business Objects 4.2 Service Pack (SP) 5 which was completed on Monday, September 10, 2018.
If you experience this issue, please close all windows and open ACE Reports in Internet Explorer version 11. The version of Internet Explorer can be identified by selecting the “Gear” icon at the top right hand corner of the browser and selecting “About Internet Explorer”.
