FDA ITACS (Import Trade Communication System) Planned Maintenance
Due to planned maintenance, FDA ITACS (Import Trade Communication System) will be unavailable 9:00 PM ET – 10:30 PM ET Thursday, June 28th. For those with ITACS account access, ITACS Account Management will be down during that timeframe as well.
If documents must be submitted during this time, they can be submitted to the local FDA office at the port of entry via that office’s preferred alternate communication method. Contact information for all FDA import offices can be found on FDA’s Import Offices and Ports of Entry web page: https://www.fda.gov/ForIndustry/ImportProgram/ucm319216.htm
