FDA ITACS (Import Trade Communication System) Planned Maintenance
Due to planned maintenance, FDA ITACS (Import Trade Communication System) document upload functionality will be unavailable 12:00 AM ET – 6:00 AM ET Saturday, April 7, 2018. For those with ITACS account access, Notices of FDA Action will not be available for download during this time as well.
If documents must be submitted during this time, they can be submitted to the local FDA office at the port of entry via that office’s preferred alternate communication method. Contact information for all FDA import offices can be found on FDA’s Import Offices and Ports of Entry web page: https://www.fda.gov/ForIndustry/ImportProgram/ucm319216.htm
