FDA ITACS (Import Trade Communication System) Emergency Maintenance Ongoing
FDA ITACS (Import Trade Communication System) is still unavailable due to emergency maintenance. FDA’s technical team continues to work on required system updates. A follow up CSMS message will be sent when ITACS is again available.
If documents or availability information need to be submitted while ITACS is down, they can be submitted to the local FDA office at the port of entry via that office’s preferred alternate communication method. Contact information for all FDA import offices can be found on FDA’s Import Offices and Ports of Entry web page: https://www.fda.gov/ForIndustry/ImportProgram/ucm319216.htm
