Please be advised that there will be an ACE PRODUCTION deployment on Thursday morning, January 11, 2018, during the 0500 - 0700 ET window, which will impact ACE Cargo Release, ACE Entry Summary and NAFTA transaction processing.

• CES-8929: Correct Claim-Match logic on HTS to grant Duty Free for E*.
A problem has been discovered when a filer makes a legitimate ‘E’ (CBERA/CBI) claim on an ES line and the underlying HTS is marked with a ‘E*’. When the HTS is marked with an ‘E’ (the more prevalent CBI/CBERA marking), the correct duty free treatment is granted, but not when the HTS is marked with an ‘E*’. Duty free treatment should be granted for both the ‘E’ and ‘E*’ marking (as long as there is no actual ‘E’ special rates provided). The logic has been fixed to correctly process the special claim ‘E*’.
• CES-9090: Do Not check Paid Indicator on Warehouse Withdrawal (3x) for EDI.
Previously deployed story CES-8834 eliminated the Paid Indicator check of a warehouse withdrawal (3x) on the portal. This same validation needed to be eliminated in the EDI environment as well. This resolves a problem where the parent 21 is marked as FULLY PAID when only the HMF has been paid.

• PGAD-15649/15574 - If DEA PG01 is provided without disclaim or PG02 record AND FDA data is provided, DEA rejects appeared under the FDA PG01 record.
• PGAD-15772 - AX (response to AE transaction) returned with extra spacing.
• PGAD-13730 - Error code PCF ("PGA DATA NOT ALLOWED WHEN DISCLAIMING") did not fire and reject entry as expected, when both disclaim AND PGA data were provided.
• PGAD-15199 - Entries with AMS and NMFS flagged tariffs are being incorrectly rejected.
• PGAD-15621/15871 - EPA business rule errors "Missing name or phone number for Certification Individual" incorrectly appear under NHTSA.
• PGAD-15492 - CA filings for FDA data on type 06 entries should NOT set the 801m status to 'NOT SATISFIED'.
• PGAD-15485 - FDA: entry incorrectly accepted with missing product code and incorrect product code qualifier.
• PGAD-15137 - For FDA, Address Line 1 is required for certain entities.
• PGAD-15898 - NMFS-Entry incorrectly accepted without any PG06 data (rule NMF_4_003 did not trigger).
• PGAD-15894 - DIS fixes related to Vessel documentation.
• PGAD-15733 - NMFS: Business rule NMF_4_002 (PBL - missing or invalid scientific species code per PGA) incorrectly triggered, even though a 3-letter alphabetic scientific species code was provided in positions 67-73 of the PG05 record.
• PGAD-16086 - When scanning a document in DIS, error "no documents found" was encountered.
• PGAD-15746 - UI for PGA users: FWS options incorrectly appearing for EPA in review/intensive reasons.
