Trade Policy Updates
STATUS - As of 10:15 a.m., ACE continues experiencing an outage that is impacting CBP users ability to login to ACE applications to include Cargo Release, Entry summary and E214. CBP is actively addressing the situation and will inform the trade as soon as the issue is resolved. CBP port offices were instructed to move to downtime procedures as appropriate when the issue was identified. Manual release processes may be needed and local ports should be contacted to release held freight after completion of examinations.
