Trade Policy Updates
CBP is aware that some trade filers received "ENTRY NUMBER NOT ACTIVE" error messages in AX responses for Entry Summary submissions. The rejects were related to an issue with the ACE G2 deployment from 9/16/17.
The ACE technical team has since resolved the issue. Trade filers who received the reject are encouraged to re-transmit their Entry summaries to CBP.
CBP Technical team will continue to monitor the application.
