Trade Policy Updates
When ACE deploys for Drawback, it will be the sole Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system for the Drawback program. Filers should be aware that all 19 U.S.C. 1313(j)(2) substitution unused merchandise drawback claims containing exports of citrus to Canada must be filed separately under Code 23, Provision 1313(j)(2) CITRUS. Filers can refer to the ACE Business Rules and Process Document (BRPD), Digital Image System Guide and ACE ABI CATAIR for additional transitional guidance on Drawback in ACE.
