Several trade partners have been experiencing communication disruptions with CBP interfaces today, starting about 11 E.S.T. Network operations has been working to resolve these issues. At this time, they appear to be resolved.
If trade partners are still experiencing trade connectivity issues who have not already reported to CBP, please contact your CBP client representative. Outside business hours, you may contact the CBP Technology Service Desk
