Please be advised, there was a system change that took effect a few weeks ago that caused the ACH Credit Refunds from 10/28/16 and 11/04/16 to be issued without an entry number identifier.
Please send your importer ID and a list (preferably Excel if there are many) with the amounts of the refunds to gmb.achrefundsupport@cbp.dhs.gov and a reply will be sent with the associated entry numbers.
CBP is sorry for any inconvenience you may have encountered with this issue.
