Regarding the ACE System Failure messages received earlier today.



1. Filers can resubmit any ACE Entry Summaries (AE transactions) that received the ACE SYSTEM FAILURE reject on the response (AX) transaction.



2. During peak processing times for ACE Entry Summaries, you may experience a delay of up to several minutes in receiving your ACE Entry Summary response transaction (AX).



3. The ACE technical team continues to investigate and work to resolve the underlying issue that caused the ACE System failure. The delay noted in point 2 above should alleviate the ACE System Failure reject while this is worked through.
