Trade Policy Updates
In accordance with National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) regulations published August 3, 2016, electronic filings for all imports and exports of fisheries products for NMFS will be required in ACE effective September 20, 2016. Certain species/products will require the submission of supplemental data in addition to the normally required CBP entry/entry summary information. This additional NMFS data will be required in the form of a "message set" and "document imaging" at the time of filing.
