The ACE Cargo Release processing issue, announced earlier in CSMS# 16-000795, has now been RESOLVED. Normal processing of Cargo Release transactions has resumed, and SO (Cargo Release Status Notification) and SX (Cargo Release Accept/Reject) messages are returning to the trade.
